About the Role
This is a permanent part-time role of 3 days per week (0.6FTE). It is a hybrid role blending working from home with in-office days in our central Brisbane office.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the delivery of the CTM Group’s creative strategy, including the design of key creative assets to support a professionally consistent brand presence in all regional markets and for all brands within the CTM Group.

The Graphic Designer role sits within CTM’s Global Marketing Team and reports to the Global Head of Brand & Design. The role works collaboratively with a small team of local designers and CTM’s marketing pillars (Customer, Content, Events & Digital teams) to ensure brand adherence across all areas of the business, alignment to brand development strategies, and the implementation of tools and resources to enable consistent and professional brand application.
This is a hands-on design role, responsible for designing a broad range of materials and solutions. The role is responsible for developing highly engaging graphic and digital design assets which support the CTM group of brands’ marketing channels and campaign activity spanning websites, landing pages, emails, social media, infographics, print collateral, large-format signage - positioning CTM’s brands as leaders in their field.
The successful applicant will have a minimum 3 years’ experience designing for corporate brands and demonstrable expertise in print and digital design (portfolio of work is required).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day design needs of the CTM Global Marketing Team, by acting as key liaison between all internal stakeholders, prioritising job requests and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
- Maintain and develop brand elements within Creative Cloud Libraries
- Ongoing review and maintenance of traditional and digital creative assets
- Manage image, icon, and asset libraries
- Ensure current and robust knowledge of new and emerging graphic design principles, systems and processes
In adherence to established brand guidelines, design new and engaging marketing and sales materials including (but not limited to):
- digital campaign assets – for web, email, social media, e-brochures infographics
- print materials including signage, brochures and event collateral
- design templates using the Adobe suite and MS-office where required
- Develop and implement new brand strategies as required
Skills and Experience - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Agency experience is an advantage.
- Strong graphic and digital design skills are required, with excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, styling)
- A strong understanding of strategic corporate branding and design to support increasing brand awareness, reputation and lead-generation
- Video editing or motion graphics experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines across a range of brands
- The ability to quickly grasp opportunities, critically analyse, consider and communicate effective solutions based on defined outcomes
- The ability to understand the vision of the CTM business on a global and regional scale
- Be a fast learner, capable of interpreting and implementing the company’s visual identity quickly.
- Be a confident and effective communicator
- Software requirements:
- Adobe Creative Suite experience: advanced skills in Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience using MS Office suite
- Experience working in Wordpress CMS or Adobe Marketo an advantage
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects an advantage
