About the Role
The Group Executive Communications Lead is part of the People and Performance team and plays a critical role partnering with our Executive team to deliver strategic communications to our globally dispersed employees. The Executive Communications Lead is a creative and highly organised individual, who champions the delivery of CTM’s internal communications strategy. This role plays a key part in connecting employees across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones; by bringing our purpose, priorities, and culture to life through engaging, on-brand communications.
With a strong passion for employee engagement and culture, the Executive Communications Lead creates targeted communications meaningful content at scale and speed.
