About the Role
The Support Centre 2IC acts as the deputy to the Support Centre Team Lead, providing operational support, technical expertise, and day-to-day guidance to the team.
This role is responsible for supporting the coordination of Level 1 and Level 2 support activities, assisting with escalations, and ensuring adherence to processes, SLAs, and quality standards. The 2IC plays a key role in maintaining team performance, driving knowledge sharing, and stepping into the Team Lead function when required.
Education and Experience
- Strong experience in a Support Centre environment (Level 2 preferred)
- Deep understanding of product functionality and support processes
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
