About the Role
The purpose of Integration Specialist role is to provide dedicated governance, security and operational oversight of the interface between CTM's Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and the Global Data Warehouse (GDW).
This role is required to ensure that data moving from source systems, through the ESB, and into the GDW is managed in a controlled, secure, consistent and auditable way. As the GDW becomes CTM's single trusted source for enterprise reporting, analytics and decision support, the integrity, security and reliability of the data flows feeding it are business critical.
The Integration Specialist will establish clear accountability for this critical integration point and ensure data entering the GDW is complete, accurate, traceable and fit for enterprise use. The role will strengthen technical governance over upstream data movement, improve monitoring and reconciliation, enhance security controls, reduce downstream reporting and data issues and protect the value of CTM's investment in its enterprise data management environment.
The role works across application, integration, infrastructure, security and data teams to ensure the ESB-to-GDW interface is managed as a disciplined enterprise control point rather than as a fragmented technical handoff across multiple teams.
