About the Role
The Strategic Lead, leads a specialist team of Client Managers supporting CTM’s State Government contracts and travel programs, where retention is critical. It provides a single escalation point for senior government stakeholders and delivers coaching and support to Client Managers, while optimising resources and costs.
The position requires strong strategic capability to navigate the complexity of State Government travel programs and identify opportunities to increase adoption of CTM technology. It ensures alignment with operational divisions to meet and exceed service levels and contractual obligations.
The role also manages and mitigates risk through the customer risk mitigation tool and CRM and is accountable for driving revenue growth and yield in line with CTM’s five-year strategy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Highly analytical with the ability to utilise Power BI and Excel based data sources to determine priorities and actions that align with strategy.
- High to Expert capability of the Microsoft suite of products, including.
- o Microsoft Office
- o Power BI
- o Dynamics CRM
- Exceptional presentation skills demonstrated via the use of Microsoft Powerpoint or similar.
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and ability to apply it when aligning the solutions for clients
- High level negotiator and communicator
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills proven through the daily management of critical tasks within a shared Outlook environment and tracked via one – to one meeting with your direct report as well as in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or similar or Other qualifications such as business diploma.
- Demonstrated success within the State Government sector in Client Management
- Proven success in people management and leadership of State Government segment.
