About the Role
The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and delivering a clear, consistent and engaging internal communications strategy that connects employees to the organisation’s purpose, strategy and leaders.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer ANZ but works closely with the ANZ Executive Team, to drive alignment, engagement, change adoption and improve or maintain a positive culture within the ANZ Region.
CTM is a global organisation and this role will be required to work in partnership with global internal communication teams to ensure alignment and consistency, or support, in global messages.
The Internal Communications Manager is part of the ANZ People Team to assist in driving excellence in people solutions and delivery of our ANZ Regional approach and Global People Strategy.
