About the Role
The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and delivering a clear, consistent and engaging internal communications strategy that connects employees to the organisation’s purpose, strategy and leaders.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer ANZ but works closely with the ANZ Executive Team, to drive alignment, engagement, change adoption and improve or maintain a positive culture within the ANZ Region. The role will be managing internal communications but however won't be managing a team.
CTM is a global organisation and this role will be required to work in partnership with global internal communication teams to ensure alignment and consistency, or support, in global messages.

Education and Experience - Studies toward or Bachelor’s degree in / communications or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience writing corporate communications
- Demonstrable experience in planning and writing strategic content to meet defined business objectives incorporating multiple channels.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt at speed to fast-changing priorities and new opportunities within a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders
- Must thrive in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-driven and a team player
