About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager for Australia/New Zealand, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides advice to leaders and is responsible for a wide range of HR generalist and operational HR enquiries.
This position is responsible for supporting internal business customers with the provision of timely advice and coaching in relation to human resource matters in alignment with the strategic objectives of CTM. This is an exciting, varied and hands-on role, which supports the entire employee life cycle with HR generalist activities. HRBPs deliver support to the ANZ Region in line with the overall HR Operating Model for ANZ. The HR model within CTM strives to provide flexibility, proactivity and exceptional customer service while empowering and supporting our front-line Leaders in leading their Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a general HR consultancy service to employees and leaders. Receive and manage all HR enquiries from employees and managers relating to employee / employment related matters.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of employee records which are in line with CTM Policies and Procedures, ensuring they reflect current people movements and employment related activities. This includes maintaining system records within the HR (and Payroll) systems containing people information, and personnel files, both hard copy and electronic
- Support leaders through their management of the entire employee life cycle, from appointment and onboarding, performance management, remuneration and rewards, and offboarding with tools, information, and clear, accurate and appropriate advice.
- Manage and deliver people initiatives and/or activities for the ANZ HR Region as required by the Head of HR ANZ (for example, Wellbeing initiatives, All Star Awards), delivering them on time and to a high-quality standard. Working with internal customers to deliver plans.
- Work as part of internal HR Team to support People strategy for Region.
- Work with Leaders to deliver industrial relations and performance management support, recommending appropriate solutions and coaching as required.
- Constantly managing a state of BAU and needing to be more in the overall partnering space with Leaders.
- Consideration of current processes to work towards more automated and streamlined solutions, to discuss and agree approach with HR Manager.
