About the role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports CTM's global digital marketing initiatives, playing a key role in the execution, optimisation, and performance tracking of digital campaigns across multiple regions and brands.
Working as part of the Global Digital Marketing team, this role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on paid media, marketing automation, and digital operations. You will work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are built accurately, tracked correctly, and continuously improved through data-driven insights.
This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital marketing who enjoys working across enterprise platforms, analysing performance, and contributing to well-governed, scalable marketing operations in a global environment.
Key responsibilities
Paid media and campaign execution
- Build, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Support audience targeting, UTM structures, tagging, and attribution to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of campaign assets including ads, emails, forms, landing pages, and tracking programs within Marketo
Marketing automation and CRM - Build and maintain marketing automation programs and nurture workflows within Marketo
- Support execution and tracking of Marketing Campaigns and Marketing Lists within CRM
- Ensure data flows correctly between CRM and Marketo to support lead management and reporting
- Assist with platform updates, new feature rollouts, and documentation
Governance, data and enablement - Support CTM's marketing governance framework through documentation, audits, and best-practice processes
- Help maintain data accuracy through list hygiene, enrichment, and regular quality checks
- Provide first-line operational support to marketing users across automation, CRM, and advertising platforms
- Monitor and report on performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation across paid, automation, and CRM platforms
Skills and experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in digital marketing, paid media, or marketing automation.
- Practical experience working with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo Engage (preferred), HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.
- Experience working with a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)/Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, UTM tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within a global marketing team.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and the importance of process, governance, and consistency.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to support campaign optimisation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
