About the Role
CTM is executing a global technology transformation designed to consolidate regional technology stacks into a global, next generation platform. This includes modernising core systems, consolidating platforms, embedding AI and automation, transitioning to hybrid and outsourced delivery models, and establishing global Centres of Excellence.
As part of CTM’s global technology transformation, the Program Director plays a strategic role in architecting, governing, and orchestrating the transformation. This role creates the structure, governance, sequencing and cross functional alignment required to deliver CTM’s unified global platform. The Program Director acts as the senior integrator across Product, Engineering, QA, CIO functions, Regional Leadership and external delivery partners.
The Program Director acts as a trusted advisor to the CTO leadership and executive stakeholders, ensuring the transformation delivers measurable outcomes, adheres to governance, communicates effectively, and accelerates CTM’s vision for a unified, AI-enabled global technology ecosystem, in a global, scalable organisation.

Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MIS, or similar) or relevant postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred. Formal training or certification in program management (e.g. MSP, PgMP, PMI-PgMP, or SAFe) is highly desirable.
- 12+ years of experience in strategic program or portfolio leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading global, multi-year technology transformation programs with enterprise architecture, platform consolidation, AI enablement, and operating model redesign.
- Experience overseeing programs involving M&A integration, outsourcing transitions, and agile-at-scale delivery.
- Strong background managing cross-functional teams and vendors across distributed geographies and time zones.
- Executive-level communication, governance, and financial accountability experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strategic Program Leadership: Ability to architect and lead complex, global technology transformation initiatives aligned to corporate strategy.
- Governance & Executive Influence: Strong capability to drive structured governance, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate organisational complexity.
- Enterprise Transformation Experience: Deep experience leading enterprise-level change including AI, automation, cloud platforms, and global service integration.
- Vendor & Delivery Model Expertise: Strong understanding of hybrid delivery models, outsourced/augmented teams, and global vendor engagement.
- Analytical & Systems Thinking: Ability to synthesise program interdependencies and anticipate downstream impacts with a holistic view.
- Change Leadership: Demonstrated ability to embed change frameworks and drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional skills in executive storytelling, reporting, and facilitation to support alignment and decision-making.
