About the Role As a Corporate Travel Consultant in the CTM Group Team, you will manage group travel reservations with groups sizes of 10-150+ ranging from accommodation, day delegate conferencing and domestic/international group flights. Working in our great and supportive operations team, working closely with CTM's amazing clients.
About You:• Previous Group travel experience is required.
• Experience coordinating both small and large travel groups
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to adapt to different clients groups.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and to client deadlines
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Proficient using travel technology (Amadeus and Tramada) and booking systems is preferred
