About the Role
The Supplier Relations Analyst role sits within the Supplier Relations team, however, is closely aligned to the Financial Planning & Reporting team, providing detailed support & analysis regarding the supplier performance, planning and financial opportunity of the business. This is a critical position driving and optimizing CTM’s supplier revenues, primarily in the Australia and New Zealand region. The position will track and analyse airline, accommodation, transport and other supplier sales and metrics, provide supplier performance reporting, ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and guidance to supplier owners and other business colleagues.
This is a part-time position, primarily based on three days a week, however more days may be required in busy periods.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing and maintaining all supplier worksheets, trends, analysis, and overrides calculations.
- Prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities including business planning, budgeting & forecasting of overrides
- Conduct required research and collect data to complete financial modelling to support new contracts and understand impacts to the business.
- Identify, size, and prioritize opportunities according to revenue potential, making recommendations relating to key projects
- Provide analytical support for contract negotiations
- Providing financial analysis support on business initiatives and general financial commercial insight to the business
- Ability to develop, design, build, create, maintain, and edit various reports within CTM’s internal reporting software – Business Intelligence – SAP / Power BI to meet the needs of the business and senior managers.
- Ad-hoc reporting and relevant project support as required.

- Thorough, accurate and an excellent attention to detail
- Experience using BSP AirConnect is an advantage
- Good Analytics and IT skills - proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel
- Good research, quantitative, and analytical skills
