About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving CTM's global transformation programmes/projects across North America, ANZ, UK/EU, and Asia. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, this role ensures strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and adoption.
The Senior Project Manager translates the Global COO's strategic vision into actionable delivery, orchestrates cross-functional and cross-regional teams and embeds sustainable change to achieve measurable business outcomes. With authority to make critical delivery decisions and the accountability to align diverse stakeholders, this role is central to CTM's enterprise-wide transformation journey.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of CTM's global transformation programme/projects across four regions (North America, ANZ, UK/EU, and Asia), from planning through execution, adoption, and sustained embedment, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and business outcomes.

Education and Experience Essential: - 10+ years in senior project leadership roles, preferably in global, customer-facing, technology-driven organisations.
- Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs integrating technology, operations, and process redesign.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams managing complex dependencies, and navigating time zones.
- Background in transformations that span both business and people functions, bridging and leveraging resources from technology, automation and HR domains.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously within delegated authority, embedding delivery into existing organisational structures, leveraging cross-functional resources, and fostering a collaborative, 'one team' culture across functions and geographies.
- Formal project management certification (Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM™), Project Management Professional (PMP®) and/or PRINCE2® Practitioner)
Desirable: - Experience in contact centre systems, service design, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Proven expertise in delivering complex programs with measurable impact on customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Strong change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Business acumen to translate technical solutions into commercial outcomes.
- Skilled in managing vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, sound judgement, and disciplined execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to operate autonomously within delegated authority while maintaining strong alignment with the Program Sponsor and governance bodies.
- Service-oriented leadership style that builds trust, fosters collaboration, and leverages existing organisational structures and cross-functional resources.
- Commitment to constructive relationship management and clear, respectful communication within high-performing teams.
