About the Role
As an Operational Team Manager (OTM), your focus lies in supporting and nurturing team members while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is consistently delivered. Success in this role hinges on leveraging the collective resources and expertise within your team to meet both team and client expectations.
The OTM embodies CTM's commitment to exceptional customer service and demonstrates proficiency in organisational skills, time management, and critical thinking to consistently meet or surpass client expectations. Prior experience in the travel industry is essential, with system knowledge of Sabre and Tramada considered advantageous. We're seeking an individual with robust leadership and communication skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach and professionalism.

- Understanding of CTM Finance processes
- Technological Proficiency with Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Exceptional Client Service and Interpersonal Skills

- Sabre and Tramada Knowledge
Important Information & requirements: - OTM's will be required to work from the office 4 days initially / ongoing 3-4 days per week
- Available over a rotating roster between 8am-6pm
