ABOUT THE ROLE
CTM Brisbane are looking for the pivotal role of Receptionist. Are you a recent business administration graduate or an exceptional administrator looking to rejoin the workforce?
Our office is looking for an all-rounder providing daily administrative and clerical support, including phone management, expense reconciliation, you will greet and direct visitors, will have great verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multitask and most of all a willingness to assist. In the capacity of Receptionist, you will liaise with building management and ensure the smooth running of all amenities in the office. This is a full-time onsite role you will be interacting with our teams and a key contributor across our business.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Intermediate Microsoft office skills e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks to assist across various departments.
· Confident in dealing with people at all levels of business.
· Good time management skills.
· Good negotiation skills.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to work independently.
