About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the People Administrator works as part of the ANZ Human Resources Team in the CTM Head Office in Brisbane. The People Services Administrator supports administration activities for both payroll processing for approximately 1100 employees and for HR systems to ensure our employees are paid in a timely, accurate and legally compliant manner and the HR systems at CTM are regularly kept up to date.
The People Services Administrator works with the ANZ Human Resources Team to provide a great employee experience for the employees at CTM!
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to always maintain confidentially on information
- Intermediate computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Previous administration experience required
- Previous HR administration experience highly desirable
- Studies in Human Resources or Payroll qualifications, administration or business certificate level would be advantageous but are not essential.
