About the Role
Reporting the COO, the National Operations Manager is a senior leadership role
within the CTM ANZ business that will entail both direct leadership responsibilities for CTM operations that are national in coverage and act as a general leadership focal point for activities, initiatives and projects across all CTM ANZ operations.
This diverse role will oversee directly the After Hours, CTM Assist and Training departments along with consideration for other national operational functions as deemed appropriate. The National Operations Manager will also act as a central point of focus across all CTM operational activities to develop, implement and continually improve the consistency of best practice workflows, automation, efficiency improvements, quality control processes and procedures across all CTM Operations to ensure the consistent delivery of highly efficient and effective service for all CTM clients.
This role will work hand in hand with the Heads of Operations across CTM ANZ and in tight conjunction with other departments such as the National Support Team and Technology team to spearhead cross functional projects that drive operational business transformation through efficiency, consistency and best practice standards.
The ideal applicant will have a good operational foundation and be tech savvy in
order to continually seek new and improved methods, structures, processes and
system utilisation for the CTM operations and act as an operational lead point of
input for cross functional projects and initiatives within the CTM business.
