Clinical Nurse Education/Specialists roles within Medical Aesthetics working with a unique and committed leadership team are rare.  This is a unicorn role for a highly experienced RN with Cosmetic Aesthetics Injecting experience interested in transitioning into Education.

Earlier this year, they restructured their CNE team, and a BRILLIANT opportunity is available for you to join their team.   The role is the perfect blend of CNE (training)  3 days per week (your choice) and 2 days of patient cosmetic/aesthetic injecting.   

This is the role where you are empowered to develop a high-performing Cosmetic Injecting team, while continuing to inject and earn commission, in addition to a generous salary.   By combining the training environment with one-on-one sessions, you will assess each member's skill level and develop an individualised skills training matrix.

This role wears multiple hats and will utilise all your refined soft skills - communication and interpersonal skills, influencing, persuasion and consulting skills; a deep understanding of your team's strengths and drawing upon everyone's strengths to create a high-performance team.   Additionally, you will advocate for the patient, focusing on the best outcome and experience for them. 

  
 Some of your duties will include the following:

• Delivering training for nurses in Cosmetic Injecting procedures and protocols, including Cosmetic Injecting anatomy, theory, and clinical protocols. 
• Developing new treatments and introducing new products to both the Nurses and Customers.  Your consultative approach will train and reinforce the commercial skills required to build a successful Clinic.  You are strengthening the relationships with the Aesthetics/ Cosmetic Injecting Suppliers.  This will ensure your team is upskilled and cross-skilled on current and new injectable products and adapt different techniques, focusing on the ultimate Patient outcome. 
• Enhancing the ability to identify and manage complications.  Role-playing various scenarios as part of your training matrix to instil confidence in products; remain calm and manage any complications that may arise. 
• Develop new treatments and introduce new products to Cosmetic Nurses, Injectors and your calm will instil confidence.

Encouragement, coaching and mentoring.  You are hands-on and highly skilled in Cosmetic Injecting.  You are a current Registered Nurse with relevant certifications in Cosmetic Injectables. 

The role is Monday - Friday, standard business hours, with no extended hours expected.    This role involves some travel - you will be reimbursed for your travel.  Current Australian Drivers Licence is essential.
