Robinvale District Health Services (RDHS) is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead one of Victoria's most respected integrated rural public health services through its next phase of strategic growth and organisational development.
Governed by an engaged Board, RDHS delivers acute, urgent care, residential aged care, primary and community health, allied health, early years and renal dialysis services across Robinvale, Manangatang and the broader Mallee region.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Board, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation, leading the implementation of the Strategic Plan while ensuring strong governance, financial stewardship, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Working in partnership with the Executive Team, you will strengthen organisational capability, build workforce leadership, foster strategic partnerships and position RDHS to respond to the evolving needs of rural healthcare.
The Board is seeking a visible, authentic and values-driven leader who will become part of the Robinvale community and inspire confidence across the organisation, community and broader health sector.
You are an accomplished executive who brings:
- Demonstrated executive leadership within health, aged care or integrated community health services
- Experience partnering effectively with Boards and Executive Teams
- Strong governance, financial management and strategic planning capability
- Proven experience implementing organisational strategy and leading sustainable organisational performance
- Experience maintaining accreditation and regulatory compliance within a complex healthcare environment
- A track record of building high-performing teams, developing leadership capability and fostering a positive organisational culture
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across government, health services, Aboriginal organisations and community partners
- An understanding of rural and regional healthcare, contemporary aged care reform and integrated service delivery will be highly regarded

Remuneration: the successful candidate will be appointed in accordance with the Victorian Department of Health -
Health Executive Employment and Remuneration (HEER) Policy. An attractive executive remuneration package, including salary packaging and relocation assistance (where applicable), will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
