Shepparton Villages is one of regional Victoria's leading community-based aged care organisations, providing residential aged care, retirement living and community support services across the Goulburn Valley.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board and Executive Team, the Executive Manager Corporate Services is a newly created executive role responsible for finance, governance, risk, information technology, admissions and corporate services.
As a key member of the Executive Team, you will contribute to organisational strategy, governance, sustainability and future growth while helping shape the future direction of one of regional Victoria's most respected aged care organisations.
The opportunity
This is a high-profile executive appointment offering the opportunity to influence the future direction of one of regional Victoria's leading aged care organisations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and partnering closely with the Board and Executive Team, you will provide strategic oversight across finance, governance, risk, technology, and corporate services, while contributing to organisational growth, sustainability, and performance. This role offers significant visibility, broad organisational influence and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the delivery of services to older Australians across the Goulburn Valley.
Day to day, you will:
- Oversee the organisation's internal audit program and SRV’s ICT requirements, ensuring systems infrastructure and technology services are fit for purpose
- Work with internal stakeholders and external providers supporting effective ICT governance, system performance, cybersecurity and continuous improvements
- Oversee the admission function for residential aged care and independent living units, ensuring timely, resident-centred intake, occupancy management and coordination of enquiries, assessments and entry pathways
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, optimise resource allocation and drive business performance
- Monthly financial performance and operational reporting

About you We are looking for a commercially astute and strategically minded individual with a background in NFP, health or aged care is preferred.
It is essential you will bring:
- Mandatory CPA or CA qualifications
- Executive experience within a complex and highly regulated environment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, supported by relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience partnering with Boards and Executive Teams.
- Expertise in governance, risk, compliance and organisational performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to organisational excellence.
- Mandatory experience with statutory reporting and financial compliance, including preparation and presentation of annual accounts and lodgement of quarterly financial reports (QFR) and Aged Care Financial Reports (ACFR)
- Preparedness to relocate to the Goulburn Valley and the commitment to establishing a long-term presence
- Experience delivering organisational improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Experience in managing ICT for medium-sized organisations
- Understanding of the Aged Care Act and legal financial reporting requirements
