Our warm relationships with Boards, CEOs and sector leaders have created a very strong pipeline that’s expanding quickly and we’re now ready to welcome an experienced Principal Consultant to help meet this demand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that true executive search is built on trust, care and consistency. You’ll step into a boutique where clients call because they value our judgement and discretion not aggressive selling or volume-led recruitment.
What You’ll Do
As Principal - Executive Search, you’ll lead retained search assignments end-to-end, guiding senior stakeholders through appointments that shape organisations and, often, whole sectors. You’ll bring structure, pace and care to research, longlisting, assessment, documentation and candidate experience.
You’ll also contribute to the broader advisory services our clients rely on including remuneration benchmarking, market mapping, succession insights and strategic talent advice. This gives you the opportunity to build deep, enduring relationships that go beyond single mandates.

We’re Looking For
We see two strong pathways into this role:
1. An experienced Senior or Principal Search Consultant. You’re established in retained search, confident with C-suite work, and ready for a boutique where quality and relationships matter most.
2. A sector executive ready to move into search. You may currently lead in health, life sciences, member bodies, research or academia. You understand the landscape and talent ecosystem, and you’re ready to apply that insight to shaping leadership teams across the sector.
