About the Role:
 
As a Marketing Field Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the Americas. You will work closely with the Global Marketing Director to develop and execute localized marketing strategies, support channel partners, and drive demand for our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to market research, brand promotion, and product marketing.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Planning: Assist the Global Marketing Director in analyzing local markets and developing annual marketing strategies and budgets.
• Channel Promotion: Support distributors with promotional activities and enhance engagement through customized marketing strategies.
• Brand Awareness: Organize and execute both online and offline marketing events, cultivate relationships with local associations and media, and strengthen brand recognition.
• Product Promotion: Develop and deliver training sessions, marketing materials, and product campaigns to boost sales and market penetration.

 
Primary Objectives:

• Design and implement field marketing strategies covering digital campaigns, events, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
• Educate and collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Take ownership of pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring marketing initiatives contribute directly to sales growth.
• Organize targeted events to generate leads, accelerate sales pipelines, and strengthen customer retention.
• Enhance brand visibility and lead generation through paid media strategies and data-driven marketing efforts.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, tracking key success metrics like response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

 
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment, preferably in B2B marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing best practices with a track record of successful strategy execution.
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders to develop marketing initiatives that drive sales.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with great attention to detail.
