About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a highly skilled manufacturing team in Adelaide. This role is responsible for producing high-quality machined components efficiently and accurately across a wide range of materials and tooling.
You will play a key role in ensuring first-time-right manufacturing, reducing quality issues, and supporting overall production targets. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset — this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery (Lathes and Mills)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Set fixtures and conduct dimensional inspections
- Measure, record, and verify part dimensions
- Select and use appropriate measuring equipment
- Log machine downtime and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
Qualifications: - Trade qualification – Certificate III in Engineering (Machining) or equivalent
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist
- Proven experience operating CNC Lathes and Mills
- Experience working with Okuma machines highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes
- Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Must be willing to undergo:National Police Check, Pre-employment medical assessment, Drug and alcohol screening

Full-time | Onsite Day & Night Shifts Available Night Shift: 4-day week (Monday–Thursday, 9.5-hour shifts)
About the Role: Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Setters to join a high-performing team producing tight-tolerance aerospace components.
This is a hands-on role in a quality-driven environment, where precision and attention to detail are critical. You will be responsible for setting and proving out CNC lathes to meet stringent aerospace standards, ensuring first-time-right production and maintaining AS9100 quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities: - Set and prove out CNC lathes for production runs
- Load tooling, set offsets, and adjust programs as required
- Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications (including GD&T)
- Manufacture components to aerospace quality standards (AS9100)
- Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Work collaboratively with programmers, inspectors, and production teams
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and quality
- Operate independently and efficiently during shift work
Qualifications: - Trade qualification – Certificate III in Engineering (Machining) or equivalent
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Setter in a precision engineering environment
- Aerospace experience preferred (other tight-tolerance industries considered)
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Proficient with precision measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, etc.)
- Experience with Mori Seiki or Okuma machines highly regarded
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and quality-focused
- Comfortable working independently on shift

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to support trade-qualified CNC Machinists and operations staff in the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines.
This hands-on role focuses on assisting with machine setups, tooling preparation, basic machine operation, measurements, and maintaining a safe and efficient workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up CNC mills and lathes, including loading fixtures, vices, chucks, and work-holding devices
- Load raw materials into machines and safely remove finished components
- Help prepare and install tooling, including changing inserts, collets, and cutting tools under supervision
- Monitor basic machine operations and report any issues (tool wear, unusual noises, faults)
- Deburr parts manually to required standards prior to CMM inspection
- Perform housekeeping duties including machine cleaning, swarf removal, coolant top-ups, and maintaining a clean workshop
- Support machinists to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment preferred
- Basic understanding of CNC machines and workshop practices
- Ability to use basic measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
