Job Title: Composite Hand
Location: Tonsley, South Australia
Salary: $75,000 + superannuation
Work Set-up: On-site | Full-time

About the Role:
We are hiring a Composite Hand to support mechanical and electronic assembly tasks across multiple internal projects. You will work hands-on in our state-of-the-art Adelaide facility, supporting the entire production process from raw materials to finished parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform composite lay-up, trimming, and finishing operations
- Assist with the processes related to composite materials
- Prepare moulds and components for production
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks of finished parts
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members including technicians and engineers
- Handle general workshop or assembly support duties as required
Qualification: To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Prior hands-on experience in composite fabrication or production
- Familiarity with composite materials
- Ability to follow technical instructions, drawings, or work procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a workshop setting
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
Desirable:
- Certificate III/IV in Aeroskills, Composites, Polymer Processing, or similar.
- Experience operating autoclaves or vacuum bagging equipment.
- Familiarity with aerospace or defence production standards.

Job Title: Fabricator / Wing Assembly

About the Role:
We are seeking a Fabricator / Wing Assembly professional to join a high-performing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for fabricating, forming, and assembling sheet metal components with precision and care. Working from detailed technical drawings, you will operate a variety of fabrication tools and machinery to deliver components to exacting specifications.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and an eagerness to learn new fabrication techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and fabricate components from technical drawings, work orders, and job cards.
- Operate fabrication tools such as shears, rollers, riveters, and hand forming tools.
- Learn and operate machines such as press brake, waterjet cutter, and lathe, including setup and programming.
- Work with aluminium, stainless steel, and other alloys to tight tolerances.
- Perform drilling, deburring, edge preparation, and precision trimming.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, identifying issues and providing process feedback.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production and quality goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, perform self-inspections, and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Previous experience as a Sheetmetal Fabricator in manufacturing, precision fabrication, or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Hands-on experience with sheet metal tools and forming processes.
- Willingness to learn operation and setup of machines such as press brake, waterjet cutter, and lathe.
Preferred:
- Experience in aircraft structures, jigs, tooling, or high-precision fabrication.
- Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of manual fabrication tasks.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
Desirable Certifications:
- Trade qualification in fabrication or mechanical fields (not mandatory).
- Technical training or machine operation certifications (advantageous).

Location: Tonsley, South Australia
Salary: $70,000 Plus Super (Shift Loading Applies)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain precision fabrication equipment including milling machines, bending machines, and waterjet cutting systems. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, setting up machinery, and producing high-quality components to exact specifications. This role is hands-on and requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC/manual milling machines, press brakes, and waterjet cutting systems.
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD outputs, and job cards to plan machining sequences.
- Measure, inspect, and ensure dimensional accuracy of all components.
- Perform daily checks, maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with machinists, fabricators, and production staff to meet targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment.
Qualifications:
- Trade qualification or Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Machining or Fabrication).
- Proven experience with CNC milling, bending, and/or waterjet cutting machinery.
- Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Experience within manufacturing, sheet metal, or aerospace/defence industries (preferred).
- Proficient in using measuring tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges).
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and reliable.
