This is a full-time, permanent position based in Perth, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies while solving real-world infrastructure challenges. 

The role requires you to be onsite in Perth. You must have working rights in Australia to be eligible for the position. 


What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimise server environments across staging and production, with a focus on Docker-based infrastructure
• Lead server migration and container orchestration projects (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Configure and maintain networking, load balancing, and firewall rules to ensure high availability and security
• Implement cloud security best practices and compliance measures
• Build and maintain automated monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue resolution
• Analyse server logs, diagnose root causes, and troubleshoot complex issues
• Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on to fix problems quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost system stability and performance

What You Bring

• 5+ years managing servers and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS)
• Strong Docker skills; familiarity with Kubernetes
• Deep Linux administration knowledge, including shell scripting and system tuning
• Proven ability to analyse logs and identify root causes of issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to fixing issues in production
• Expertise in network protocols, DNS, VPNs, and routing
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools
• (Optional) Backend development experience in any language
