A renowned R&D company based in Sydney are currently seeking an experienced senior embedded C++ software engineer to work on their latest development projects.

This is a global company producing high-quality networked devices for the commercial entertainment sector; with offices in the US and Asia, as well as their 25+ members of staff based in their established Sydney office.

The role will suit somebody with strong Modern C++ skills (C++ 11/14/17) and a good understanding of middleware development on an embedded Linux platform.

Knowledge of networking protocols and using Bluetooth stacks is also desirable. 
 
Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in C++ (11/14/17) experience
• Experience with Linux / embedded Linux
• Experience with networking (such as TCP/IP, UDP, sockets, unicast, multicast)
• Knowledge of multi-threaded systems
• Good communication skills
• Working rights in Australia 
• Hybrid work arrangement available

This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an excellent salary package.
