Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for a Project Manager I to join their growing team.
Organize, track and drive to completion Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Tasks created by the Problem Management team and assigned to Technology Support Teams. This role requires a Project Manager's organizational and task tracking and reporting skillset, though it will not be for a specific project. Our Client is looking to use a Project Manager's skillset to drive the follow through and completion of ongoing operational Problem Management tasks.
Ability to organize multiple unrelated tasks
Communications both written and verbal
Metrics and reporting for tracking progress of task completion
Ability to work well with multiple busy technology teams
Some familiarity with ITIL Problem Management process
PMP Preferred but not required
ITIL Certification Preferred but not required
EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
