Job Description & Synthesis
The Administrator will support our client's finance comp operations team in administering and maintaining the company's global deferred compensation operations and data.
Ensures equity and long-term incentive (LTI) awards are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the legal agreements, comply with country specific provisions and internal processes and procedures;
Responds to deferred compensation related inquiries and coordinates the dissemination of information to various groups internally and externally;
Manages the integrity of all equity data and maintains and updates plan documents and databases and assists with system upgrades;
Prepares daily and periodic reports including vesting schedules and all grant reports for various departments;
Sets up new equity accounts, processes stock option exercises, lapses, terminations and off-cycle grant awards;
Performs all deferred compensation plan related audits and assists with compliance testing;
Prepares information and reports regarding executive compensation for inclusion in proxy statement and annual report;
Supports the finance comp operations team, and executes and implements all related tasks and activities for global plans and initiatives;
Assists in initiatives and projects by preparing presentations, reports and analysis;
Provides comprehensive advice for the roll out of new or revised plans and initiatives;
Leads in managing smaller projects or reviews;
Builds effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality process and quick resolution to issues; and
Performs other tasks and projects as necessary.
0-2 years of relevant experience of deferred compensation experience within a professional firm
Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
