We are looking for technical leaders for a well established pharmaceutical company in London. You will be the subject matter expert for the hands on building of multi-modal foundation models – so extensive experience in this domain is a must.
You will be a senior individual contributor, who is involved in strategy setting, capability roadmap building, mentoring of junior members of the team, all whilst remaining deeply hands on – tackling the most difficult hands on challenges yourself.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype novel biomedical foundation model architectures
- Establish architectural standards, validation practices and research patterns
- Design and execute experiments to validate architectural hypotheses
- Act at the subject matter expert for biological foundation models
Must have requirements for the job :
- Either a PhD and 7+ Years of work experience, or an MSc and 10+ Years of work experience
- Previous experience prototyping and building biological foundation models (ideally multi-modal) from scratch
- Understanding of the complexities of working with biological data
- Must have held a senior position with responsibilities like; leading projects, strategy setting, mentoring junior team members.
