KEMIO Consulting is partnering with a well established Techbio in the search for a Senior Bioinformatics Developer. In this role, you will lead delivery of omics data projects, working closely with clients, product managers, and engineers to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of client bioinformatics projects.
• Design pipelines for omics data integration into cloud-based platform 
• Create dashboards, reports and APIs.
• Develop reusable tools for data wrangling, integration, and visualization.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics or similar
• 5 years' experience in delivering client bioinformatics solutions 
• Solid R or Python knowledge
• Knowledge of Dash, Shiny and workflow tools e.g. Nextflow
