About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to help build the organisational infrastructure that enables cutting-edge AI/ML research in computational science to thrive and deliver real-world impact. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of a fast-growing, interdisciplinary team working on foundational research and translational applications in areas such as biomarker discovery, patient stratification, and therapeutic development.
Key Responsibilities
�� Strategic Planning - Drive annual roadmaps and quarterly objectives. Lead resource allocation and prioritisation across initiatives
�� Working Groups Co-ordination - Facilitate cross-functional working groups in Target ID, Biomarker Discovery, and Patient Stratification. Ensure alignment and execution across scientific and technical domains
�� Stakeholder Management - Act as a key interface between Computational Biology, Data Science, Applied AI, Therapeutic Areas, and Clinical Development
�� Recruiting & Operations - Build and manage a hiring pipeline to scale the team
