We are looking for a proactive, innovative thinker with a strong background in computational biology and a keen interest in cancer research
Bioinformatician – Breast Cancer Genomics
Location: London - Onsite
Contract Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Computational Research Scientist to join our cutting-edge research programme focused on treatment-resistant breast cancers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the understanding of genomic and transcriptomic determinants of heterogeneity in aggressive breast cancer, using state-of-the-art computational and statistical methods.
Working at the interface of computational biology and translational cancer research, you will apply and develop computational approaches to integrate bulk and single-cell genomic/transcriptomic data with imaging assays, with the aim of identifying novel mechanisms of therapy resistance and discovering new therapeutic targets.
