Practice Lead – Senior Director – Real World Evidence

KEMIO is currently supporting a small, technology focused health services consultancy based remotely across the US delivering services in Real World Data, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Epidemiology and Patient Reported Outcomes. This organization created a platform serving analytical needs in real world evidence studies, reducing the time on projects from months to weeks. The platform handles large scale data including data cleaning to visualization and providing robust solutions at every stage to post commercialization.

We are looking for a Director / Senior Director level candidate to join at this crucial stage of growth in the US. You will have the unique opportunity to develop an internal consulting practice involving scientific research combined with technology and data.  You will apply your scientific profile, business acumen, and leadership skills to effectively build and manage a portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities will include new business development, acquisition of new logos and expansion of existing logos. You will be a trusted senior member of the team, client engagement, designing and implementing research projects. 
This role is an integral piece of the company’s vision and strategy, you will help to execute the mission, and identify growth opportunities across the RWE industry. You will have an internal team and resources to support you immediately, but the goal is to develop your own team of scientific consultants over time.
  
Services include: Real-world database studies, RWD strategic planning for RWE, HEOR, patient reported outcomes, economic modeling, market access and value communications, pricing and reimbursement support, pharmacoepidemiology and safety, regulatory agencies, HTAs
  
Qualifications:  

• 10+ years consulting experience in RWE/HE&OR, epidemiology, or a related field, with a proven track record in revenue generation, client relationships, complex projects
• Master’s or PhD degree within a relevant discipline
• Demonstrated ability to uncover opportunities for RWE generation and create repeatable packages
• Exceptional healthcare/life sciences industry knowledge, with a deep knowledge specifically of Real World Data sources
• Outstanding communication skills that nurture trust and lasting client partnerships
• The ability to demonstrate empathy and confidence in interactions with clients
• Collaborative results-driven team player capable of managing fast paced activities and client deadlines
• Data-driven communicator and ability to synthesize issues quickly and with confidence 
• Operates with a sense of urgency and thrives on winning through continuous improvement 
• Demonstrates an ethical approach to their work and communicates with honesty and transparency
