We are a renewable energy developer committed to working closely with landowners and local communities to expand clean energy generation. With a strong development pipeline and a proven track record of delivering successful projects, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Manager to join our team.
As a Land Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing land for wind, solar, and battery storage projects. You will play a crucial role in securing suitable sites and negotiating land agreements that align with project requirements. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills, along with an understanding of land acquisition processes and renewable energy development in the UK.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential land sites for renewable energy projects.
• Negotiate and secure land agreements, leases, and easements with landowners, ensuring favourable terms.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners throughout the development process.
• Maintain accurate records of land agreements, contracts, and communications.
• Ensure all land requirements align with planning and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Project Development, Planning, and Grid Connection teams.
• Manage land agents and oversee reporting on land status, including financial aspects.
• Assist in community engagement strategies alongside the development team.
• Coordinate with legal and development teams throughout the land acquisition process.
• Ensure land acquisition timelines and budgets align with overall project goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, policies, and best practices in land acquisition and renewable energy development.

Travel: Domestic travel within the UK required
