Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Technical Leadership: Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce projects, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices.
• Integration Management: Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders, product owners, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Governance & Standards: Establish Salesforce development standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce architectural principles.
• Innovation: Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending solutions to drive business value.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive architecture documentation, data models, and technical diagrams.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role.
• Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, or Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft).
• Tools: Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control systems (Git).
• Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of data modeling, security models, and Salesforce best practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
