Now, a bit about the role: As a Digital Specialist, you’ll support the execution, optimisation and day-to-day performance of our external digital channels – including websites, social media platforms, and email marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our content is accurate, engaging, and delivered seamlessly across channels.
You will:
- Support the publishing and maintenance of website, social and email content
- Assist in campaign delivery including landing pages, tagging, tracking and QA
- Support the execution and optimisation of paid and organic social campaigns (with a focus on paid performance)
- Support the development of content creation across social media
- Proactive and reactive social media monitoring, triaging and responding to comments/messages and queries, and escalating where necessary
- Support the execution and optimisation of search campaigns
- Monitor channel performance and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to analytics, reporting and insights to inform improvements
- Maintain strong administrative hygiene and accuracy across digital platforms
- Work closely with the Manager – Digital Channels and broader marketing teams to support campaign delivery
- Contribute ideas to improve digital processes, performance and user experience
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
What’s required to succeed: You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a digitally savvy operator who enjoys working across multiple priorities, takes pride in delivering quality work, and is eager to continue building your capability across digital channels.
You’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in digital, marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Approximately 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, publishing, or web support roles
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
- Experience with analytics and tagging tools (e.g. Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, hootsuite)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (vision 6 and mailchimp)
- Exposure to social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), including paid campaign execution and optimisation
- Strong attention to detail and administrative discipline
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with stakeholders
- Experience in agency or campaign delivery environments (e.g. paid media, search or programmatic) is desirable.
