The Veteran Services department is embedded in the veteran and Defence community, delivering extensive services and support that helps veterans and their families in Queensland and nationally to thrive.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Performance & Improvement, the Process & System Specialist manages projects and initiatives to improve operational performance for improved efficiency, productivity, user experience and overall business performance.
