RSL Queensland is the largest ex-service organisation in Queensland – providing practical support, assistance and camaraderie to veterans, current serving Defence members, and their families across the state and nationally.

About the role:
A newly launched technology project within our organisation will require the services of a proven Project Manager with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. 

Development of the Program plan and manage all aspects of multiple related Work Packages and Items to ensure direct alignment to the achievement of strategic objectives. 

Key Accountabilities include:

• Effectively lead and organise the project management activities to deliver against the project plan, schedule and budget.
• Liaise with managers and other stakeholders to co-ordinate the efforts of the project team to achieve completion of allocated deliverables.
• Participate and drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical resources and manage external vendor relationships.
• Develop and evaluate project management plans, processes, program schedule and budget.

About you: 

• Tertiary degree with major in Business/Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a project management role with extensive experience in dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the executive team.
• Experience and qualifications in project management principles and technologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Agile PM, or Waterfall).
• History of driving business transformation as an agent of change.
