Now, a bit about the role: The Enterprise Risk Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk in implementing the organisation’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
This will involve coordinating and monitoring risk activities, assisting in the preparation and delivery of education to uplift organisational risk capability, supporting the Senior Manager in facilitating risk identification and review workshops, and configuring and maintaining risk management software to ensure it is fit for purpose.
This role will report to the Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk and is a part of the Audit and Risk team. Some of the key responsibilities of the position include:
- Configure and maintain Risk Management software.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and advanced reporting mechanisms.
- Assist the Senior Manager Enterprise Risk in the preparation and delivery of risk education packages tailored to meet the needs of varying audiences.
- Build positive internal and external relationships.
- Personally contribute to a culture of positive organisational engagement and creativity.
What do you need to be successful?
- Understanding of business operations across a range of functions including people and culture, information technology, service delivery and corporate services will be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build positive and productive working relationships with staff at all levels within an organisation.
- Qualifications in business, law, risk management or corporate governance are desirable.
- Experience in the use of the Microsoft Suite (mandatory) and reporting dashboards (desirable).
