Now, a little about the role: Reporting to our IT Service Delivery Team Lead, you'll provide support, troubleshooting and training to users of RSL Queensland’s information, communication and technology networks and systems.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Contribute to and follow IT support procedures, inclusive of responding to user support inquiries, incident & request classification and maintaining up-to-date record management.
- Resolve and update service desk tickets within agreed service levels & escalate tickets to the appropriate technical resource/team as required.
- Utilize observations and network support software to identify & troubleshoot incidents & problems.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Completion of secondary education or relevant vocational training, combined with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT or customer focused field
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise urgent tasks.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Tertiary degree qualifications in IT systems will be highly regarded, and your experience working in industry sectors such as Defence, Emergency Services or NFPs will make your application even more competitive!
