Now, a bit about the role: The
Marketing Coordinator – Acquisition role will support the
Marketing Manager – Digital to grow net profit from ‘new’ customers into the Prize Home through planning and delivering commercial acquisition marketing activity.
This role will:
- Support the development, implementation and end-to-end management of Acquisition and promotional marketing activities (primarily in digital, TV, PR, Print, Partnerships, Sales Channels) to support the delivery of the Non-VIP Customer Marketing Strategies & Plans.
- Development and execution of organic social strategy to grow the audience base and maximise revenue and new customers from this channel.
- Be responsible for accurately implementing reporting capability enabling the measurement of all Acquisition marketing activities vs relevant Business KPIs.
- Responsible for the implementation of campaign creative in all Prize Home marketing activities.
- Using data and insights to inform innovation and optimisation of channel activities (primarily in digital, TV, PR, Print, Partnerships, Sales Channels).
- Building and nurturing a peer network of trusted partnerships both internally and externally with partners contributing to the primary objective of maximising revenue growth efficiently.
- Responsible for ensuring that assigned activity complies with internal policies and procedures including data security, legal and compliance and brand.
What’s required to succeed: - Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related fields.
- 2+ years’ experience managing marketing acquisition programs for a consumer organisation.
- Proven ability to develop effective acquisition marketing campaigns with accountability of implementation from ideation to execution.
- Strategic and analytic orientation, with a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on data insights.
- Proven track record of successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience working in campaign planning and delivery through the following channels is advantageous: digital, TV, PR, Print, Partnerships, Sales Channels.
