Employment Solicitor
Location: Birstol 
Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience and qualifications

We are working with a well-established and reputable local law firm who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive practice with a strong client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
The Role:

• Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
• Handling contentious and non-contentious employment cases
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunals where required
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, commercial advice

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law (NQ–5 PQE, though all levels considered)
• Strong technical knowledge and an interest in both contentious and advisory work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently where needed
• A proactive, client-focused approach
