What you’ll be doing:

• Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
• Producing accurate correspondence and legal documents (including audio typing)
• Being a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in person
• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining up-to-date client records
• Assisting with file management and contributing to smooth-running office operations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong typing (including audio typing) skills with excellent attention to detail
• A confident communicator with a polished and professional telephone manner
• Highly organised, able to manage priorities and deadlines with ease
• A proactive team player who can also work independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we welcome applications from those eager to learn and grow
