Expression of Interest – FIFO Project pipelines (Western Australia)

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced civil and mining professionals for an upcoming FIFO bulk earthworks project in Western Australia.

We are looking to connect with experienced leaders who are interested in joining our team!

Project Scope
The project will involve the delivery of bulk earthworks, including:

• Site establishment
• Clearing and grubbing
• Bulk excavation
• Infrastructure and pad construction
• Roadworks
• Drainage
• Associated civil works

We are inviting Expressions of Interest for the following leadership positions:

Project Manager (8/6 or 4/3 roster)
Lead the successful delivery of the project with responsibility for safety, programme, commercial performance, client engagement, and overall project execution.

Senior Project Engineers (8/6 roster)
Provide technical leadership across planning, programming, quality, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day project delivery.

Supervisors (8/6 or 2/1 roster)
Lead construction crews across bulk earthworks operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

To be considered, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale civil, mining, or bulk earthworks projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proven commitment to safe and efficient project delivery.
• Experience working in remote FIFO environments.
• Relevant qualifications and industry experience appropriate to the role.
