We're seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Maintainer to join a major iron ore operation in the Pilbara. With a FIFO roster from Perth, competitive hourly rates, and the potential for contract extension and future residential opportunities, this is a great role for motivated Mechanical Fitters looking to join a high-performing maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance to maximise the reliability and availability of fixed plant equipment.
- Carry out fault finding and effective troubleshooting.
- Complete maintenance history documentation and work management requirements accurately and on time.
- Isolate equipment safely for maintenance and operational activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential reliability risks.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
You'll be working across a range of fixed plant equipment through to the train load-out, including crushers, screens, chutes, conveyors, and associated infrastructure.
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
- Demonstrated experience in heavy mobile or fixed plant maintenance
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
- HRWL licences including EWP, Forklift, and Rigging (Dogging highly regarded)
- Current manual C Class Australian driver's licence (minimum requirement)
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to working safely
- A collaborative approach and respect for others in a diverse team environment
