We're seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Maintainer to join a major iron ore operation in the Pilbara. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, safety-focused team where you'll contribute to maintaining critical fixed plant assets while continuing to develop your skills and career.

With a FIFO roster from Perth, competitive hourly rates, and the potential for contract extension and future residential opportunities, this is a great role for motivated Mechanical Fitters looking to join a high-performing maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance to maximise the reliability and availability of fixed plant equipment.
• Carry out fault finding and effective troubleshooting.
• Complete maintenance history documentation and work management requirements accurately and on time.
• Isolate equipment safely for maintenance and operational activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential reliability risks.
• Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

You'll be working across a range of fixed plant equipment through to the train load-out, including crushers, screens, chutes, conveyors, and associated infrastructure.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
• Demonstrated experience in heavy mobile or fixed plant maintenance
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
• HRWL licences including EWP, Forklift, and Rigging (Dogging highly regarded)
• Current manual C Class Australian driver's licence (minimum requirement)
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to working safely
• A collaborative approach and respect for others in a diverse team environment
