Guma-Warnii Resources is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor for a 3 month contract with a major WA utility provider, based in modern offices just minutes from the Perth CBD. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will deliver proactive, end to end talent acquisition services in a fast paced environment, playing a key role in attracting and securing top talent across a large and diverse workforce.
  
What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
• Running job briefs with Hiring Managers to shape strong shortlists
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating selection activity
• Building diverse sourcing strategies for current and future roles
• Resolving recruitment challenges with practical solutions
• Contributing to continuous improvement across the team

  
What You Will Bring

• Proven recruitment experience across blue or white collar roles
• Regional recruitment exposure highly regarded
• Strong grasp of current recruitment and selection methods
• Confident sourcing via LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search
• Experience with recruitment systems, Success Factors a bonus
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Certificate or Diploma in HR or Psychology highly regarded

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months
• Hours: 38 per week
• Rate: $64.34 per hour
• Location: Perth, close to CBD with parking and public transport nearby

  
Shortlisted candidates will complete a drug and alcohol screen, police clearance, two reference checks, qualification checks and right to work verification.
