We are currently seeking an experienced Fixed Plant HV Electrician for a long-term opportunity on a fixed plant mining operation in the Pilbara region.

This is a 6+ month assignment offering a competitive hourly rate and an even-time roster.

What's on offer

• Hourly Rate: $72–$78 per hour
• Roster: 8:6 Days / 7:7 Nights
• Duration: 6+ month assignment
• FIFO: Tuesday fly-in/fly-out

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and inspections on high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Perform HV switching activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor belts, fixed plant motors, stackers, and associated equipment.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance activities across the processing plant.
• Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Accurately record maintenance activities using SAP.

Essential Requirements

• Current WA Electrical Licence.
• Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
• High Voltage (HV) Switching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in fixed plant maintenance.
• SAP experience.
• National Police Clearance (NPC).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced mining environment.

Desirable Skills

• Instrumentation experience.
• PLC troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
