Guma Warnii Resources is a privately owned labour hire business servicing clients across the Mining, Engineering, Construction and Government sectors throughout Western Australia.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Belmont office and manage blue and white collar recruitment across WA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, working in a collaborative environment, and taking ownership of their desk.

The Role Based in our Belmont office, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across both blue and white collar roles.
Responsibilities include:

• Managing a warm recruitment desk with existing clients and vacancies
• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates, along with supporting mobilisation activities including coordinating pre-employment medicals.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing job briefs, interviews and placements
• Growing your desk through business development and client engagement 

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

• 2-3 years agency recruitment experience (temp or high volume recruitment highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing your own desk and working autonomously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• A positive, motivated and solution-focused approach
