We are seeking experienced and qualified Carpenters, Concreters and Steel Fixers for some Major Shuts for our Client in the Civil Construction and Rail Industry. We’re looking for skilled, motivated people who are ready to hit the ground running! 

Project: 2 Mile - Oily Water Treatment Works.

Start Dates:

• Carpenters, Concreters & Steel Fixers – 19/10

Available Roles

• Carpenters – Cert III in Carpentry
• Concreters – Cert III in Concreting
• Steel Fixers – Cert III in Steel Fixing

Pay Rates

• Concreters: $65 – $70 p/hr
• Steel Fixers: $65 – $70 p/hr
• Carpenters: $70 – $78 p/hr

Shutdown Durations: 

• 19/10 – 23/10: 4 x Concreters
• 19/10 – 01/11: 2 x Carpenters
• 19/10 – 25/11: 2 x Steel Fixers

Roster and Requirements: 

• 2/1 Roster
• Rio Tinto Inductions  with up to date PRH Essentials for Site and Lockholder. Online inductions provided once approved
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen + CAT3 Rail Medical
• Relevant Trade Certificates for either Carpentry, Concreting or Steel Fixing
• Be based in Perth or within short travel distance (Candidates based in regional WA or interstate will not be eligible)
• Hold full working rights for the duration of the project, sponsorship is not available

• Competitive hourly rates (Up to $78/hr)
• Superannuation paid on all hours
• Weekly pay
• 11.5 hour days
• Potential for ongoing work

We are only able to consider Perth based candidates for this role that hold suitable working rights. Candidates based outside of WA will not be considered.
