The Role

We’re seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our skilled Projects Delivery Team for FIFO work out of Perth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, including earthworks, rehabilitation, and NPI civil construction, with more projects in the pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with management and workers to promote a strong safety culture and identify and manage risks effectively.
• Provide advice, support, and assistance for assessments, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
• Actively promote health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
• Perform other HSE-related tasks as required onsite.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
• 5+ years of HSE experience, ideally in mining or civil construction on mine sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Project).
• MYOSH Incident Reporting experience (advantageous)
• White Card
• Recent experience (Last 5 years) on RTIO site and up to date inductions (advantage)

The role will be based in WA and as a result candidates will need to be WA based and hold full, unrestricted working rights, sponsorship or relocation assistance is NOT available.

The contract is a Permanent Specified Task. The initial project will run for 7-8 months however there is a significant pipeline of work and so we are looking for candidates that are targeting longer term opportunities.
